I've been having the same issue with Dreamcast. My roms are also on a external drive also.

Just wanted to say I bought RetroX and installed it on my new Shield the other day and it's great! Easy and smooth UI, scrapping games and setting up systems is hassle free and I like how the main screen shows the most recently played/most popular games. Really cool feature.

I think .pbp files work on it. Pretty sure I tried a handful the other week and they worked.

Yeah all my games were .pbp and the scanner seemed to pick them up fine

I have a DS emulator on my GPD XD (can't remember which one off my head) - it's ok for some slow games but I think XD screen is too small and it's a bit fiddly to change between controlling touch screen. PBP files are not playstation games, they are PSP games that contain playstation games. Some emulators may read that format but it is not the case for the emulator that RetroX uses. Those PBP files were created from an original playstation file, so your best option is to get the files in the origin...
