So I read that slowdown in some neo Geo games was an issue that was resolved in an update quite a time ago. Some games such as strikers 1945 you can use a calendar to measure the frame rate. Can this be resolved? Also, will ppsspp be updated to allow vulkan back end? Many thanks.
