Delete all folders option please

Postby dubsmachine » Thu Jun 01, 2017 5:07 pm

Hi,

Is it possible to add a "delete all folders" option in the manage folders screen?
Every time I change to a new hard drive I need to manually remove every folder.

Thanks

May be a RetroX Collection is more suitable for your case. In that case you just change the disk and use the "rescan all" option.

Interesting, so in this case I need to remove the one master folder and add the new master folder?

In the screenshot it has /storage/extSDcard/retrobox as the path but I use External HD and the path is more like storage/123345679ab/retrobox and every device has a different series of weird numbers as the storage name that I cannot change.

If this is how it works then i will do this as working at Collection folder level is a lot easier to add then do all of them seperately.

It's easier than you think.

Make the folder structure in your disks, if you change the disk just go to Rescan -> All and it will rescan everything again. You don't have to add any folder, all folders will be picked up automatically

OK cheers,

I'll update my folder structure, hopefully the 2tb disk doesn't need upgrading for a while...depending on when Saturn is supported :):)
