Hi there. I got RetroX the other day for my GPDXD and it's a great front end.
Just wondering if it's possible at all to set up a Nintendo DS emualtor in RetroX yet?
Thanks

Not yet. There is a post with the most requested emulators. I can add NDS to the next round

Re: N DS emulator
I have a DS emulator on my GPD XD (can't remember which one off my head) - it's ok for some slow games but I think XD screen is too small and it's a bit fiddly to change between controlling touch screen.
Would love something better in RetroX, would like a new GPD with two screens as well

That's the main problem with that system. The double screen makes it unique and uncomfortable to emulate

Yeah true. The last few days I've been playing it on my GPDXD the more I found it isn;t really suited for a single screen. Maybe I should pick up a cheap 3DS for DS games as it might be too fiddly with a GPD

Re: N DS emulator
I am thinking of getting the 2ds XL next month.
I have been reading up on 3ds hacks / homebrew so I am hoping current ways work or will be tweaked.
In the past I had original DS, New DS, 3ds, 3ds XL but thinking the new 2ds XL could be perfect and I will keep as I don't see them making any more changes.

If you don't care about 3d (like many peopl), the new 3ds Xl is just perfect in every aspect

See, I just don't think this would work at all. How would you emulate the touch screen on the Nvidia Shield, for example?
