Unable to navigate left/right on favorites

Hi,

I don’t know how to reproduce this bug for now but it happens from time to time that i’m unable to browse my favorites until i quit and restart RetroX (Nvidia shield TV)

When it happens, left an right keys have no effect. I can go up or down and browse the other menus with no problem, but when i go back to favorites i’m stuck to the one that previously had focus.

Anyone ever had this bug too ?

I have this exact issue and I posted it on here in another thread. Franco asked that I take a video to show him. I don't really know how I can take a video of it though.

I guess the issue happens between the game launch and the return in RetroX.

Since i am able to navigate to the game i wanted in my favorite menu then it became impossible after the emulator has ended.

Maybe the index in the favorite menu is lost or there is a favorite count issue ?

I can do a video next time it happens but you will only see me pressing left/right and nothing happening when in the favorites menu (Whereas all other navigation seems ok : other games lists and « Select » menu)

If this is always happening you can try recording a video from the moment before launching the game. Given that me (and most) people don't have that problem I guess there is something you are doing different that I'm not aware of, that's why a video would be useful, sometimes things that people do naturally has not been considered as a use case by me.

OK i'll try to do the video.

I was wondering if the issue was happening only after a favorite menu update (add/remove some favorites before playing a game), if someone gets the bug too, maybe he can confirm that or not.

I have a case when i thought the bug happened also on "Trending this week", but it was not the case : i was unable to go LEFT/RIGHT for 2 seconds, during the time the menu was refreshed from online datas.
Could this be a track to follow to understand the favorite navigation bug ?

There was another post were the problem was reported when a modal windows was displayed. This doesn't seem to be the case, instead it looks like the problem is triggered when the list is being changed. Is this the case?

This night it happens directly after i start RetroX, without laughing any game or doing any update to my favorites.
