Artwork question

HI guys

sorry to post about artwork, ive had a look through the forums and can see it has been covered, however I am having problems.

I have an Nvidia Shield Tv and Tablet. RETROX is by FAR the best front end, ive tested them all and even delved very deeply into Hyperspin on PC/Android over the years. With that in mind, the one and only thing that I am struggling with in RetroX is Artwork. I can see that its possible to put your own artwork on the device, but for the life in me i cant get it to work.

Can anyone clarify the process? I am using external Storage for my roms (SSD connected via USB), so ideally i want the artwork on there.

So far I have tried all suggestions listed in the forums but my artwork never shows up. Another problem I have is that I cannot find existing artwork either - I assume its in a database perhaps?

Did you read the last part of this guide? http://retrox.tv/games

Just to make sure, once you add the artwork, use this option Settings -> Device -> Clear -> Clear pictures (or something like that).
That will force RetroX to read again all the artwork

thanks for the reply, i did read the guide but for me it isn't working - that said I haven't done the clear procedure so I will try that!
