Psp and PlayStation

I bought retrox on friday and when i download a psp or PlayStation game it either downloads and takes 5 minutes to load a game or when you press play it gets stuck on say 19mb of 600mb and won't go any further,does anybody else have the same issue?

Sounds like an unreliable network or storage issue
