I have to open/start the game twice before play

Hard to explain in the subject, but once I open up a selected game, I think it's loading and it instantly crashes. Now, it doesn't completely close RetroX, but it kicks me back to the game info screen. the cursor is slightly messed up (start/play is not highlighted), and I have to d-pad toggle to re-select start/play button.
It's not a huge problem, but would like to open the game only once. Does this happen to others running nvidia shield?

Have you tried rebooting the Shield?

I reboot the shield on a weekly basis. This is one of those 5-second inconveniences that I can live with, but I figure to at least mention it to see if others with shield have the problem too.

I've seen this happen quite often actually randomly. The transition fails after switching from retrox to the emulator/game selected. It's as if the emulator failed to load the game and kicks back to the RetroX/game you were on and you have to select start again for it to work.

Yep happens to me as well, but only on dreamcast and Playstation games
