My cousin is having problems with his 8bitdo n64 controller , n64 emulator is taking C Up button and C Down button as a and b, but this issue only happens on n64 emulator others work fine he told me this problem started after one previous update, i don't know wich.

Have you tried the automap mode for n64 games when using 8bit do controllers? That's found in the Gamepad Settings.
If you have turned it on, is that controller mapped previously?
If yes, can you send me a shot from that Gamepad Setttings menu? Where all the 4 gamepads are listed

He tried a lot of controller option and nothing works, automap work well with other emulators only n64 have this problem, also manual mapping have this issue
