You have the same problem, you are being routed through trendmicro so you are arriving with different IP addresses to our server and it thinks that your device has been cloned.

If you have some trendmicro software installed anywhere, try disabling it.

These are the IP's involved:

150.70.173.8
82.22.240.6
52.86.152.120

Thanks Franco, I've just found out its my router! If anyone else is interested, Asus routers send traffic to Trend Micro if certain features are enabled (and ive enabled most of them on the list)
