Name Matching

I've got a couple of Sonic Roms, but with the Knuckles lock-on. I'm trying to get them to pull in the correct artwork, but can't see how to name the files. They are basically the original Sonic games, but then with the option of Knuckles.

Would it be possible to see a list of the games and names so we can check names before posting?
