Not at this point. That feature is halted until I release the infamous offline mode.

Is it possible to give us now a theme template, so we can start making templates for RetroX? If this feature is hopefully soon implemented, we have surly from the start some nice themes :)

I can but please DON'T take this format as final. I can publish it now but I can't promise that it will not change.

The theme format is inspired in the EmulationStation format used in RetroPie. Also you will see a default.xml file that later is overriden by the specific theme, in this case it is my test theme called RetroX. You need to specify only the parts that you want to override.

is the theme mode tied to the offline mode or is it something separate because the offline mode has been stopped yes

Themes doesn't depend on offline mode. New features (any) do.

Why? Because the first offline version is risky, if that version goes out of my control I prefer that it has only "old" features.
Now, I still have doubts on having an offline version at all, it has been a real PITA because it breaks my original design in many places.

Themes will come with or without offline.

I think I'll focus on having something similar to EmulationStation first. I think that there should be easy to port an existing ES theme to RetroX, so we may have a bunch of good themes to start with.

Anyway, send me a video just to make me an idea of what I could do in the future
