MS-DOS / ScummVM support for Doom and Doom Wad files

Postby domerdel » Fri Jul 12, 2019 9:27 pm

After reading the docs list for MS-DOS/ScummVM Doom, Doom II and/or Ultimate Doom are not listed as games supported (but Duke Nukem is). I know it's a stretch, but if and when Doom is supported, but to extend support for custom Doom wad files would be awesome. There's a huge community who continue to make THOUSANDS of custom wad files. Would be great to have these on a console mapped to the gamepad.

Wouldn't be better to just use MS DOS emulation for Doom?

I'll revisit it, but I had some difficulties trying to run it. When I went to your website docs, it was not listed a supported game.
