Sony, Nintendo and Microsoft didn't promise offline modes (with people buying their products counting on that promise), and later announced it was cancelled. Just saying. Here's another user recommending a normal offline mode. I purchased Retrox because of the promise to make an offiine mode. I stopped using it long ago, and it will be difficult to recommend it after this

I just don't use Retrox anymore. I stuck to Retroarch. Worse UI but better user experience overall. The online thing, I'm afraid to insist, is a mistake that will leave this great frontend in the shadows.

Just tried Comix Zone and many sounds are definitely wrong. I'd strongly recommend using only Genesis Plus GX for Mega Drive and CD, and Picodrive for 32x
