Please add SMB client authentication support to RetroX

I realize that it would be desirable for the samba client to support authentication because without it, network shares on an Nvidia Shield can only be accessed read only. So if I want the folders to be created automatically (Manage games) it returns the message: Folders cannot be created because the location is read-only.
