Saved state and data download horror

So I took out my USB drive to add more games. When I put it back in and ran retrox it went through the downloading data and save games thing. Then I rescanned, and it went through the downloading thing again. Then I went to play a game and it downloaded data AGAIN. Each time takes a couple minutes.
So I quit out and eject the usb drive thinking it's at fault. Restart retrox and it downloads again. Start a game and it downloads again.
So I think damn I'll clear cache and data and start afresh again. So it downloads data. I start a game and it downloads data. I'm going mad. Help.

It's probable that one save is corrupted or gets corrupted.
Send me a PM with your user account to check the saves.

Exact same thing happened to me and I made a post about it here
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1046It seems to have fixed itself though I think. It still pauses on start and uploads save state if I had recently just saved something.

I think it must be cloud save problem as it seems to be happening on my tablet as well as shield TV.

I found an invalid save and deleted it
It was Lords of Thunder for PC Engine.

Still seems to happen although doesn't seem to take as long to do the downloading thing anymore. Still does it on running, and when starting a game.

It's faster because it reaches another point in the list I think.
I found another broken save: Summer_Carnival_'93_-_Nexzr_Special_(NTSC-J)_[NXCD3021]
Do you rememeber at what time of the day your played that game? and what is your timezone?

Can't exactly remember when it happened. I'd unplugged my USB drive to stick more games on, when I started retrox this all started. You can delete all saves if it would solve my problem. I'll start afresh. Thanks.

I have an error error.
I use RetroX on four devices and each time I' start Retrox on any device it downloads the save of gta.. I havent played this game in a year
