Xbox 360 controller

Hi. I'm using a wireless Windows Xbox 360 controller - the one with the dongle. The dongle is plugged into my android box. It seems to work fine except the dpad doesn't map and it doesn't seem to even appear when trying to map the buttons separately. Any ideas on why this might be. Thanks
