Logged out of devices, can't log back in

I've been a user for several years now and have retrox on a few of my devices. Occasionally I'll hit a limit and have to deactivate one device.
Anyways, after one of the more recent updates I seem to have been logged out of a couple of devices and I'm not getting the "deactivate other devices" screen. It tells me to go to retrox and manage my account.
But when I go there it tells me that there is no account with my email address! I'm currently logged into retrox on my main phone but my shield TV is deactivated.
Please help!
