PSX games won't load. Error with add-on.

Hello,
When I try to launch PlayStation games I keep getting an error stating" retro box emulator add-on has stopped". It does this for every game I try to play. I have a V1 bios file installed. All games are unzipped to the .BIN and .cue formats. I am on my second day as a trial user.
Has anyone else had this issue with the PlayStation emulator? All other emulators I have tried so far work fine. I am running on a Nvidia Shield. This is so far an awesome app. Hopefully it's just something I'm doing wrong lol.

Update** the error says exactly " retroX multi emulator add-on has stopped". Then trying again it says " retroX multi emulator add-on keeps stopping". I then went to the link http://xtvapps.com/rbx and downloaded and installed the multi emulator add-on packages. I installed both. Rx installed fine however the rbx package said it was corrupt. Not sure if that will help.

I've heard of some issues like yours. If the device shows that the package is corrupted, it shouldn't install but keep the previous one installed.

I would suspect that the game files are corrupted or there is something that isn't letting the emulator to be run. To check both probable causes I would

1) try the same files with another emulator
2) reboot the device.

Thanks for the reply. I can play the files with my epsxe emulator no problem. I will try and restart the device when I get home tonight. Hopefully I'll have good news on my next reply.

Restarted the shield and everything seems to be working as it should. I hadn't thought of this because I hadn't realized that the shield only sleeps unless you manually restart or unplug power. Thanks again for your recommendation!!!

it seems that the emulator leaves the device in a dirty state, hence the restart recommendation in this case

I am having a similar problem. The loading indicator just keeps going and nothing loads.

The loading indicator spinning is another problem, it is a network related problem. Try forcing RetroX to stop in your Android Settings -> Apps -> Running Apps -> RetroX -> Force Close
