Hi everyone,
I have been experimenting with Bluestacks (Android emulator) on my Toshiba laptop (i3 processor, with a Intel 3000 graphics chip).
So far have found it works pretty good on the whole, but there is one big problem and that i can NOT get any controllers to be recognised in RetroX,
which is a real big shame, apart from that, i have found a way of playing most of the games using the laptop keyboard though.
As long as the emulator running has on screen touch controls, you can make a custom set of keys overlay over the original touchscreen keys, and Dpad, or Analogue stick/s.
But i am wondering if Joy2Key would work on here, be very interesting to see, will give it a shot.
Edit 1: Well it does to a point, it made my Wireless controller work, but when pressing Left or Right, say in a racing game, for some reason it loses the Dpad or Analogue press and you stop turning and go straight in a barrier, at every corner, so nearly works. (Using my Afterglow PS3 wireless controller).
Sorry Franco, if this is in the wrong part of the forum.

Nice work tinkering with Bluestacks! Will be interesting to see if we can get full controller support in the future.
