I can but please DON'T take this format as final. I can publish it now but I can't promise that it will not change.

The theme format is inspired in the EmulationStation format used in RetroPie. Also you will see a default.xml file that later is overriden by the specific theme, in this case it is my test theme called RetroX. You need to specify only the parts that you want to override.

The Themes feature was released in December 2018, you can enable it at Display -> User Interface -> Themes
All known themes are available in the Themes Selection option that appears when you are in Themes mode
